Raisin cupcake

I must say right away that the cake is just elementary – both in ingredients and in actions. I cooked it myself with one hand :). And she ate most of it herself, since the cake came out obscenely delicious. The main thing is not to spare raisins and powdered sugar for sprinkling. I feel I will repeat it over and over again.

Ingredients for 11 * 30 cm mold

The foundation

  • butter 175 grams
  • sugar 175 grams
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • wheat flour 240 grams
  • baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • a pinch of salt
  • raisins 175 grams

Cooking recipe

Beat the softened butter with sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, whisking each time until creamy.

Add raisins, mix. Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt, knead the dough. We shift it into an oiled (if necessary, also covered with parchment, like mine) form.

Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about an hour, until a dry speck.

Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar, cool and serve.
