And now – the recipe is not lean, but extremely simple and gives a delicious result. Peanut Butter Cupcake. It turns out to be fragrant, with a pleasant texture. And it keeps well in a container for a couple of weeks.

Crushed roasted peanuts and / or chocolate can be added to the dough if you want to vary the texture and enhance the flavor. But this cake is good by itself, without any additives.

Ingredients for a 26 cm mold with a hole

The foundation

  • vegetable oil 120 ml.
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • sugar 180 grams
  • peanut butter 150 grams
  • sour cream 100 grams
  • flour 250 grams
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • soda 1/4 tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp

Cooking recipe

Combine sugar, eggs, sour cream, peanut butter and vegetable oil in a bowl. Beat until smooth.

Add salt and flour sifted with baking powder, knead the dough.

We transfer it to a greased form and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake until a dry match, about 45 minutes.

We take out the finished cake from the mold, cool and serve.
