To use this baking sheet, lightly oil the surface. Preheat your oven, and bake as normal. This sheet is safe to use with silicone or perforated mats (sold separately). Before putting it in the dishwasher, scrape or scrub to remove baked-on food. Some oxidation or color change may occur. Do not use this baking sheet with liquid preparations.
