If you love non-mega-sweet pastries, this recipe is for you. These cookies are moderate in sweetness and resemble scones. The composition is simple, the cooking process is even easier 🙂 If you want to make it sweeter – add an extra spoonful of sugar and use milk chocolate instead of bitter.
Cookies keep well for a week in a tightly closed container.
Ingredients for 24 pieces
- butter 110 grams
- sugar 170 grams
- eggs 2 pcs.
- yogurt 150 grams
- flour 320 grams
- baking powder 1 tsp
- soda 1/4 tsp
- whisper of vanillin
- bitter chocolate 100 grams
Beat butter with sugar until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Put half of the flour sifted with baking soda and baking powder, mix until smooth. Add yogurt and knead. Add the remaining flour mixture and knead the soft dough.
We put chopped chocolate in it.
We mix. We form balls from the dough (you can not try too much over the evenness of the forms). Place on a covered baking sheet.
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool and serve.
