Champagne Cupcake with Dried Cranberries

  • butter 200 grams
  • sugar 200 grams
  • eggs 2 pcs.
  • dry sparkling wine 200 ml.
  • flour 450 grams
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • soda 1/2 tsp
  • dried cranberries 75 grams

Cooking recipe

Beat butter with sugar until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add half the flour, sifted with baking powder and baking soda. Stir until smooth. Pour in the sparkling wine and mix again. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough.

Add cranberries and mix.

We transfer it to a greased form and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake until a dry match, about 45-50 minutes.

Take the finished cake out of the mold, cool and serve.
