Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Want a banana pie? I have it. And not just a pie, but a light mixture with cheesecake – in addition to the aromatic banana dough, the recipe has a layer of cream cheese. At the same time, preparing these pastries is no more difficult than a regular cake.

If desired, you can add nuts to the dough – walnuts, roasted hazelnuts or almonds. The proportions of the remaining ingredients will not change.

Ingredients for a 24 cm mold

Banana dough

  • bananas 350 grams
  • eggs 2 pcs.
  • sugar 180 grams
  • vegetable oil 120 grams
  • sour cream 2 tbsp
  • flour 300 grams
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • soda 1/2 tsp

Cheese dough

  • cream cheese 200 grams
  • sugar 75 grams
  • eggs 1 pc.
  • flour 50 grams

Cooking recipe

Cooking banana dough. We mash the bananas with a potato crush or punch with a blender.

Combine with eggs, sugar, butter, sour cream. Beat until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients sifted together and knead the dough.

Cooking the creamy part. Beat the cream cheese with sugar. Add the egg and mix until smooth. Add flour and mix again.

Put half of the dough in a greased or parchment-covered dish. Put the cheese mass on top and level it.

Cover with the remaining dough and level it too.

We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until a dry match, about 40-45 minutes.

Cool and serve.
